On Wednesday, February 12, 2014 Iona College hosted their 5th Annual Coaches Cure CF Awareness Game against Monmouth College. Both coaching staffs wore their team sweat suits in an effort to bring about awareness for the battle that all CF patients fight on a daily basis against this life-threatening disease. By selling basketball themed bears, pins and bracelets we were able to raise almost $500 towards our fight for a cure.

Three days later the University of Albany hosted the University of Maine and again all the coaches were in their sweat suits. An Albany alum, who suffers from CF, spearheaded their 1st Awareness Game and through his efforts they were able to raise almost $5000. They had a silent auction and 50/50 raffle in addition to the bears, pins and bracelets.
